"The Guru" says,...You may or may not have noticed that the Sydney rental market is "tightening" What does this mean in "Normal Speak". There is "Talk" of another interest rate rise by the end of 2006, however, these days you can not take the rumours too seriously as logically another increase would put too much pressure on the economy and the cost of living.
